How Do I Place An Order?
Any products you wish to purchase select your desired option(s) from the dropdown menu(s) (if applicable), type in the quantity required, then select add to cart. Once you have finished shopping click on your cart, found on the top right on the menu bar, or click view cart after adding any products to your cart. On your cart page check you are happy with all the items you wish to purchase then select checkout and follow the payment pages.
How Do I Add A Promo Code?
Once you have finished shopping click on your cart, found on the top right on the menu bar, or click view cart after adding any products to your cart. On your cart page you will see a box called 'Enter a promo code', type your promo code in here before you checkout and your offer will be applied. If you have any problems with your promo code please contact us.
What Payment Methods Does Hannah Issi Accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How Much Is Delivery?
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, this excludes UK bank holidays and weekends. After your order is placed you will receive written confirmation by email. A further email notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If there is any delay to your order we will advise you by email. Note, dispatch times will vary for products listed as 'pre-order', and the expected delivery date will be stated within the item description.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Does Hannah Issi Deliver Outside The UK?
Currently, Hannah Issi does not ship products internationally, outside of the UK.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Please contact us by email should you wish to cancel your order. If we have not dispatched your order then we will cancel it for you, and give you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our refund process, which can be found in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Does Hannah Issi Accept Returns & Can I Get A Refund?
If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 28 days of receipt. You must inform us by email within 14 days of receipt of the products you wish to return. Please refer to our 'Delivery & Returns'policy for our full terms and conditions and refund process.
What Should I Do If My Goods Are Damaged?
All Hannah Issi products are sent in new condition and excellently packaged. If any of the goods you recieve are damaged, please contact us by email within 48 hours of reciveing the goods. Please see our 'Delivery & Returns' policy for full details.
Who And Where Are Hannah Issi Products Made?
All patterns and collections are designed and created by Hannah Issi, and each product is handmade by Hannah in her Brighton studio, or produced here in the UK by one of her carefully selected production partners.
Will Hannah Issi Be Adding New Collections & Products In The Future?
Yes, Hannah is always working on new designs and looking to add new products to her collections. New for autumn/winter 2020 is her sustainable kitchen homeware range featuring 3 new fabrics available as aprons, oven gloves and tea towels, all available on the website. How Do I Add FREE Gift Wrap?
When you click on your basket you will be taken to 'My Cart' page. You will see a summary of the items in your basket and a box which says 'Add A Note', pop a note in this box. Please state if you would like all your items wrapped together or individually.
